Terms of Service

Avona provides AI-powered tools for Airbnb hosts and short-term rental operators, including pricing recommendations, guest messaging automation, review workflows, and related dashboard features.

Avona is offered as a software-as-a-service platform and may evolve over time as features are improved, replaced, or discontinued.

• Avona offers subscription billing on a monthly plan at €29 per property per month or an annual plan at €24 per property per month, billed annually.
• New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. When a paid subscription starts, billing is processed through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.
• You authorize Avona and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will continue to have access through the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Avona does not require a long-term commitment. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

• You must provide accurate account and property information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of any content, listing details, or guest communications submitted through the service.
• You must use Avona in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and contractual obligations, including Airbnb policies where relevant.
• You remain responsible for final business decisions, including pricing, guest approvals, refund decisions, and host communications.
• You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

To operate the service, Avona processes account information, property data, operational settings, and usage data. This data is used to provide automations, improve system performance, maintain security, and deliver customer support.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you instruct Avona to process relevant data as needed to perform the contract and provide the service features you enable.

Avona and its software, branding, website content, designs, models, and related materials remain the property of Avona or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business use during the active subscription term.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the platform, subject to the rights necessary for Avona to host, process, and display that content in connection with the service.

Avona aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation. AI-generated recommendations and automations may require review and business judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, bookings, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avona's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Avona in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Avona may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and, to the extent national law is required, the law of the relevant EU member state from which Avona operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
